Welcome to the Rio Salado Airgun Division. We likely have a shooting discipline in air pistol or rifle to suit your shooting needs! Offering Benchrest in 25, 50, 75, & 100 yard, Benchrest in 50’ in-door, 10 Meter in-door pistol and rifle, Field Target in pistol and rifle, Benchrest Silhouette and Benchrest Steel Scramble are just a sample of the matches offered through the Rio Salado Airgun Division. The Rio Salado Airgun Division also host some renowned matches; Southwest Benchrest Invitational, Sonoran Desert Field Target Grand Prix and The Extreme Benchrest (EBR) are just a of the few special events hosted at the Usery Mountain Shooting Range, owned by Arizona Game and Fish, managed by the Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club. As one of fourteen Divisions of the Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club, the Rio Salado Airgun Division is comprised of an all-volunteer group of enthusiasts dedicated to the shooting sport of air guns. Cross-Division support expands the air gun options through the Rio Salado Rimfire Precision Series to enjoy positional barricade precision shooting over 300 yards. If you want to test your slug precision with an air rifle at distance, this is for you. The Airgun Division utilizes PractiScore as the match management and payment system.
